joyce and i had an extra day in atlanta before a shoot with the falcons and thought we would check out the aquarium (which was certainly much better than the world of coke). here is a short piece we put together.
tomorrow we shoot the falcons, and follow the founder of home depot and owner of the falcons, arthur blank as he watches his team play. earlier this week we interviewed arthur in his office at the falcon’s training facility. one of the coolest things i’ve seen in our short NFL career was hanging on arthur’s wall. there hung a cloth napkin on which he signed an agreement to purchase the falcons. he said it was an old tradition they had at home depot and he wanted to carry that through when he purchased the falcons. this story will debut on the nfl network on a show called ‘the season’ which the sm team has shot a good majority of (along with our good friend and director kevin shaw of 23films). more info on that when we have the air date :)
the soundtrack for this piece is one of my favs by the dimes called ‘the ballad of winslow homer’. available to license on withetiquette.com

This video is just amazing. Makes you want to dream and fly away…I love it! Great work! Keep it up!
So beautiful! I actually work at the aquarium and take care of the dragons and I was so moved by the video and the music! I especially like the fact that you were able to catch one of our new baby dragons! It truly captured the beauty and simplicity of the daily lives of our animals, the way I get to see them everyday. Thank you!
