KNOW // it’s here!

it’s official! the KNOW tour has begun!

Vegas was a great crowd to kick off the tour with. what was really interesting was the amount of thought everyone was putting into the way they go about their projects. you see, we challenged them to think of a shoot, either past or future, and to reference it in their minds every time we covered a new topic. it was great to hear about some things that would stay the same but also how some approaches would change for certain situations…

this workshop series is all about knowing WHY and making sure you have strong purpose behind your choices. it’s really inspiring to see how people are already incorporating new ideas into their thought patterns, not even 2 days later…

now, we’re in Denver, getting ready for workshop #2! we’re going over our content, building on what we discussed in Vegas, and tailoring it even more to what we know about our audience. we’re excited that this is just the beginning!

at break time, i went ahead and edited some photos from our drive yesterday. we headed up to Denver from Vegas, and hit some pretty spectacular scenery RIGHT at sunset. it was timed so perfectly!

stay tuned for lots more photos, updates, and educational resources as the tour continues!

notice how different this photo is from the one just above. the only difference: timing. this was shot about 15 minutes earlier. what a huge difference timing and a sliver of light can make!
